Boston College Eagles NFL Draft Prospects

Boston College is coming off one of the bleakest campaigns in program history, a 2-10 (1-7 ACC) slog that saw the Eagles lose ten straight after a season-opening win before a closing victory at Syracuse offered a small measure of relief. Injuries piled up and problems surfaced at nearly every level of the roster, and third-year coach Bill O'Brien responded with the most aggressive teardown the school has ever attempted.

The offseason story is upheaval on a staggering scale. O'Brien reshuffled roughly three-quarters of his position coaches, installed veteran Ted Roof as defensive coordinator, and took over the offense himself alongside a rotating group of assistants. The portal churn was unprecedented in Chestnut Hill, with around 30 players leaving and 28 arriving, a school record. Nearly every projected starter on both sides of the ball is a newcomer, which makes this one of the hardest teams in the league to forecast: the ceiling and the floor are both wide open.
