Draft Profile: Bio
At Venice High in Florida, Wilson set a school record with 14.5 sacks as a junior and left with 268 tackles and 31 sacks for his prep career, signing with Georgia as a four-star over Alabama and Ohio State. He played sparingly as a freshman in Athens, then flashed as a sophomore in 2024 with 22 tackles, six for loss, three sacks and two forced fumbles, including a sack, a tackle for loss and a forced fumble against Texas. He entered the transfer portal after the season and landed at Missouri.
The move unlocked the production. Starting at the JACK spot, Wilson led the Tigers with nine sacks and 9.5 tackles for loss in 2025, adding 54 pressures and an interception on his way to second-team All-SEC honors. He opened with a two-sack game against Central Arkansas, posted two more against Alabama, and added a sack and his first career interception against Vanderbilt.
Scouting Report: Strengths
- Explosive get-off off the edge with rare burst for the position
- Productive as a rusher, with fifty-four pressures and eight sacks
- Beat Oklahoma for two sacks and six total pressures
- Closed Alabama with two sacks and five pressures off the edge
- Bends the corner and flattens to the quarterback with loose hips
- Dropped into coverage for an interception, flashing range beyond the rush
- Wins the corner before tackles can slide to meet him
- Generated pressure in bunches against quality SEC tackles
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Run-stop production is thin, just twelve stops on the year
- Run defense lags well behind the pass rush
- Gets washed when tackles get hands into his frame on early downs
Scouting Report: Summary
Wilson is an explosive speed rusher whose get-off is rare for the position, and his pass rush leads a profile built on bending the corner and flattening to the quarterback. He produced fifty-four pressures and eight sacks, beat Oklahoma for two sacks and six pressures, closed Alabama with two more sacks, and even dropped into coverage for an interception. When he is pinning his ears back, he is one of the more dangerous edge athletes in this group. The run defense is where the projection thins. He recorded only twelve run stops, his run defense lags well behind the rush, and he gets washed when tackles get their hands into his frame on early downs. He played a near-exclusive rush role, so the every-down profile is still developing, and a scheme will need to decide whether he can hold up on first and second down. He is a pass-rush weapon first and foremost.
Used as a designated rusher, he can win on third down immediately while he develops the run-defense side and adds anchor. The bend and the production give him a real role and a high ceiling, but the one-dimensional tape keeps the grade out of the very top tier. He profiles as an early-Day-2 edge with starter upside, a speed weapon for a defense that lets him attack, now at a third program.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank
in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance.
For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
