Andre Johnson was six-foot-three and 230 pounds with strong hands and power after the catch, the face of the expansion Texans. Not a burner, he became one of the most dominant possession receivers of his era, leading the league in yards in 2008 and 2009 despite unstable quarterback play.

Madden climbed him from an 82 to a 98 held across the 2010 and 2011 editions. Twelve years in Houston, seven Pro Bowls and a 2024 Hall of Fame nod as the Texans' first enshrinee later, he was a great receiver on teams that rarely contended, and the respect from defenders never wavered.
