Jeff Graham was born on February 14, 1969 in Dayton, Ohio, and played at Archbishop Alter High School in Kettering before four seasons at Ohio State, where he was first-team All-Big Ten in 1990. Pittsburgh drafted him in the second round, 46th overall, in 1991. Madden NFL 92 listed a calculated 43 for that rookie season, in which he played 13 games and started one.
Graham started 10 games for the Steelers in 1992 and 12 in 1993, then signed with the Chicago Bears in 1994. His best year came in 1995, when he caught 82 passes for 1,301 yards and four touchdowns; Madden NFL 96 carried a calculated 92 for it. He played 11 games for the New York Jets in 1996, a season Madden NFL 97 rated a stored 87, and 16 the following year.
After a season in Philadelphia in 1998 he spent three years with San Diego, starting 35 of 44 games. Madden NFL 2000 listed a calculated 78 for his 1999 season and Madden NFL 2001 a stored 83 for 2000. Graham retired after 2001 with 542 receptions for 8,172 yards and 30 touchdowns across 11 seasons. He later coached at Trotwood-Madison High School in Ohio, where his teams won state championships in 2017 and 2019.
