Tramon Williams Madden Career 2009-2020 - Peak 92 OVR

Twenty-three cornerbacks came off the board in the 2006 draft and Tramon Williams was none of them. He signed with Houston as an undrafted free agent out of Louisiana Tech, landed in Green Bay, and spent a January four years later making the whole league look foolish for passing. In the divisional round against Atlanta he jumped a Matt Ryan throw and took it 70 yards for a touchdown, then intercepted him again to blow the game open. A week later, in the NFC Championship at Chicago, he helped close out a trip to Super Bowl XLV, which the Packers won 31-25 over Pittsburgh.

That run earned him a Pro Bowl nod for the 2010 season. He played 15 years across Green Bay, Cleveland, Arizona, and Baltimore, twice leaving the Packers and twice coming back, and finished with 35 career interceptions.

His rating captured the leap perfectly. He sat at a 75 in the 2008 edition as a role player, then vaulted to a 92 in the 2011 game after that postseason, and stayed in the 80s deep into his thirties before settling back toward a 74 in the 2019 edition.
