Troy Vincent Madden Career 1994-2006 - Peak 93 OVR

Miami took Troy Vincent seventh overall in the 1992 draft out of Wisconsin, but the cornerback did his best work in green. Across eight seasons with the Eagles he collected five straight Pro Bowl nods from 1999 through 2003 and a First-Team All-Pro selection in 2002, playing the position with the calm of a man who had already read the route. He finished with 47 career interceptions over 16 seasons that also included stops in Buffalo and Washington.

His influence reached past the field. Vincent won the Walter Payton Man of the Year award in 2002, served as NFLPA president from 2004 to 2008, and later became the NFL's Executive Vice President of Football Operations, the man who oversees on-field discipline and rules.

The Madden numbers caught up to the reputation late. He was a modest 62 in the 1996 edition, then settled into elite territory during the Philadelphia run, topping out at a 93 in the 2003 edition before easing back to an 88 by the 2006 edition.
