Marcus Robertson Madden Career 1992-2000 - Peak 92 OVR

Marcus Robertson was born on October 2, 1969 in Pasadena, California, played cornerback at Iowa State, and was drafted by the Houston Oilers in the fourth round, 102nd overall, in 1991. He played all 16 games as a rookie without a start, a season Madden NFL 92 covered with a calculated 46, and moved to free safety the following year.

In 1993 he started 13 games and was named first-team All-Pro by the Associated Press and The Sporting News. Madden NFL 94 put him at a calculated 85 for that season, and Madden NFL 95 raised him to a calculated 92 for 1994, when he started all 16 games. He stayed with the franchise through its move from Houston to Tennessee and started 15 games for the 1999 Titans team that reached Super Bowl XXXIV.

He started 15 more games in 2000, the season Madden NFL 2001 listed him at 90, then signed with Seattle and played two years there. Robertson served as the Titans' director of player development from 2003 to 2006 and began coaching NFL defensive backs in 2007. He finished with 162 games, 144 starts, 24 interceptions and 72 passes defensed.
