Randy Starks Madden Career 2005-2016 - Peak 89 OVR

Tennessee drafted Randy Starks in the third round, 71st overall, in 2004, a two-time All-ACC lineman out of Maryland. He gave the Titans four solid years before Miami turned him into a standout. With the Dolphins he made the Pro Bowl in 2010 and again in 2012, and that second time he and Cameron Wake became the first Dolphins ever selected at two different positions in the same class, Starks at nose tackle and Wake at defensive end.

The Madden numbers bounced with his role changes but kept returning to the top. He first hit 85 in the 2005 edition, then reached a peak 89 on three separate occasions, in Madden 2010, 2012 and 2014, the stretch that matched his Pro Bowl form. He finished with 42 career sacks and 422 tackles across stops in Tennessee, Miami and a final 2015 season in Cleveland, and later moved into coaching, including a head job and a return to the Maryland staff.
