Domata Peko Madden Career 2008-2016 - Peak 86 OVR

Domata Peko was born on November 27, 1984 in Los Angeles, California, and grew up in Pago Pago, American Samoa, attending Samoana High School. He played at College of the Canyons before transferring to Michigan State. The Cincinnati Bengals drafted him in the fourth round of the 2006 draft, 123rd overall, and he recorded 43 tackles and 2.5 sacks as a rookie backup, earning his first start on November 30, 2006.

Peko became a full-time starter in 2007, a season Madden NFL 08 listed at 78. He moved to nose tackle in 2010, a year Madden NFL 11 rated 86. Madden NFL 25 had him at 81 for the 2013 season, and Madden NFL 16 at 72 for 2015, when he recorded a career-high five sacks, two of them on Alex Smith on October 4.

He signed with the Denver Broncos in March 2017, and a sprained medial collateral ligament on November 26, 2017 ended a streak of 123 consecutive starts. Peko played seven games for Baltimore in 2019 and six for Arizona in 2020. He moved into coaching afterward, working with the Dallas Cowboys in 2024 and joining the Pittsburgh Steelers as defensive line coach in February 2026. His playing career finished with 214 games, 194 starts, 616 tackles and 20 sacks over 15 seasons.
