Justin Griffith came out of Mississippi State as a fourth-round pick in 2003, 121st overall, and stepped straight into Atlanta's backfield as the lead blocker for Michael Vick and the Falcons' read-option ground game. He spent four seasons in Atlanta clearing paths and chipping in as a receiver out of the backfield, then moved on to the Raiders for two years before short stops in Seattle and Houston.
Madden saw his stock rise fast once he had NFL tape. He debuted at 65 in the 2003 edition, jumped to 84 the next year, and reached his ceiling of 92 in the 2006 edition. From there the number slipped as his carries and snaps thinned, falling to 77 by the 2009 edition near the end of the road.
