Jaire Alexander was born on February 9, 1997 in Charlotte, North Carolina, played college football at Louisville, and was taken by the Green Bay Packers with the 18th pick of the 2018 draft. He started 11 of his 13 rookie games. Madden NFL 19 rated him 77 for that 2018 season.

The 2020 season brought his first Pro Bowl selection and second-team All-Pro honors, and Madden NFL 21 rated him 90 for that year. A shoulder injury limited him to four games in 2021, the season Madden NFL 22 rated him 95. He signed a four-year extension worth $84 million in May 2022, then started 16 games that season and earned a second Pro Bowl and a second All-Pro selection.
