Sauce Gardner never allowed a touchdown in his college career and carried that shutdown ability straight into the pros, a long, rangy corner who erases top receivers. The Cincinnati product was a top-five pick of the Jets.
Madden had him at 78 as a rookie and a 97 by the 2024 edition, off first-team All-Pro honors in each of his first two seasons, a rare feat. Defensive Rookie of the Year in, he was elite almost immediately.
