The center who paved the way for a record-setting back

John Sullivan was smart and quick, a center built for a zone scheme, and in 2012 he helped spring Adrian Peterson's near-record 2,000-yard season. The Notre Dame product set the protections and reached the second level, the reliable pivot of the Minnesota line.

Madden had him at 73 as a rookie and a 95 by the 2013 edition, his best year. He later brought that steadiness to the Rams as a veteran anchor.
