Mark Andrews was born on September 6, 1995 in Scottsdale, Arizona, and was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at nine. He played college football at Oklahoma and won the John Mackey Award in 2017. The Baltimore Ravens drafted him in the third round, 86th overall, in 2018, and he caught 34 passes for 552 yards as a rookie. Madden NFL 19 rated him 75.
His ten receiving touchdowns in 2019 led all tight ends and brought a first Pro Bowl selection. In 2021 he set Ravens single-season records with 107 receptions and 1,361 receiving yards and was named first-team All-Pro. Madden NFL 23 rated him 93. A cracked fibula suffered against Cincinnati on November 16, 2023 ended his regular season after ten games. Madden NFL 24 rated him 95.
He scored a career-high 11 touchdowns in 2024 and passed Jamal Lewis for the most touchdowns in Ravens history on December 15 of that year. Madden NFL 25 rated him 94. Through the 2025 season he had 484 receptions for 5,952 yards and 56 receiving touchdowns. He agreed to a three-year, $39.3 million extension with Baltimore on December 3, 2025.
