A Ram who led the whole league in sacks

In 1999, Kevin Carter led the NFL in sacks and helped St. Louis win a Super Bowl. The Florida product was big enough to hold the edge and quick enough to turn it, the pass-rush presence on those great early Rams teams.

Madden climbed him from a 47 early to a 95 by the 2000 edition, off that league-leading season. He made two Pro Bowls and played a long career, shifting inside as he aged, but the 1999 version is the one the number honors.
