Doug Baldwin Madden Career 2013-2019 - Peak 90 OVR

Doug Baldwin was born on September 21, 1988 and grew up in Gulf Breeze, Florida. He played four seasons at Stanford under Jim Harbaugh, went undrafted in 2011, and signed with the Seattle Seahawks after the lockout, then led the team in receptions and receiving yards as a rookie. He caught five passes for 66 yards and a touchdown in the 43-8 Super Bowl XLVIII win over Denver after the 2013 season, a year for which Madden NFL 25 listed him at 74.

Madden NFL 15 raised him to 83 for 2014, when he set what were then career highs of 66 receptions and 825 yards. In 2015 he caught 78 passes for 1,069 yards and 14 touchdowns, tying Allen Robinson and Brandon Marshall for the NFL lead and setting a Seahawks single-season record.

He caught 94 passes for 1,128 yards in 2016 and made the Pro Bowl as an injury replacement, and Madden NFL 17 listed him at 89 for the season. He caught 75 passes for 991 yards in 2017 and returned to the Pro Bowl. An elbow injury in the 2018 opener limited him to 50 receptions for 618 yards in 13 games, and Madden NFL 19 put him at 90 for that year. Seattle released him with a failed physical designation on May 9, 2019, and he announced his retirement three days later with 493 receptions for 6,563 yards and 49 touchdowns.
