The slot machine who caught everything over the middle

Wes Welker went undrafted and became one of the most productive slot receivers in NFL history, Tom Brady's most reliable target and a machine over the middle. The Texas Tech product led the league in catches three times.

Madden climbed him from a 60 early to a 95 by the 2012 edition, the peak of a run of 100-catch seasons. Five Pro Bowls and three Super Bowl trips later, he had redefined how much the slot could be worth.
