Keith Hamilton: 12 Giants seasons, 173 games, 63 sacks

Keith Lamarr Hamilton was born on May 25, 1971 in Paterson, New Jersey, and played college football at Pittsburgh. The New York Giants took him in the fourth round of the 1992 draft, 99th overall. He appeared in all 16 games as a rookie without a start, then started every game at left defensive end in 1993. Madden NFL 95 carried a calculated 94 for the 1994 season.

Hamilton moved inside to defensive tackle in 1995, and Madden NFL 99 carried a calculated 84 for 1998. He recorded ten sacks in 2000, when the Giants shut out Minnesota 41-0 in the NFC Championship Game on January 14, 2001 and then lost Super Bowl XXXV to Baltimore 34-7 on January 28. Madden NFL 2001 listed him at a stored 86 for that season, and he was named a Pro Bowl alternate.

He played six games in 2002, a season Madden NFL 03 covered with a stored 74, then started 15 games in 2003, his final year. Hamilton was arrested on May 22, 2003 on charges including cocaine possession and pleaded guilty to that charge on May 24, 2004. In 2006 he was sentenced to three years of probation after a plea deal for striking his 12-year-old son. He played 173 games for the Giants over 12 seasons and recorded 63 sacks.
