Jack Trudeau Madden Career 1992-1996 - Peak 84 OVR

Jack Trudeau was born on September 9, 1962 in Forest Lake, Minnesota, and was the starting quarterback at Illinois from 1983 to 1985, setting an NCAA record with 215 consecutive pass attempts without an interception. The Indianapolis Colts drafted him in the second round, 47th overall, in 1986. He started eleven games as a rookie and the Colts lost all eleven.

In 1987 Trudeau led Indianapolis to wins in three of its final four games and the franchise's first playoff appearance since the move from Baltimore. He started the divisional-round loss at Cleveland on January 9, 1988 and threw two touchdown passes. His best season came in 1989, when he made twelve starts, threw for 2,317 yards and 15 touchdowns, and was named the Colts' Offensive MVP. Indianapolis then drafted Jeff George first overall in 1990, and Madden NFL 92 carried a calculated 53 overall for the 1991 season.

Madden NFL 94 derived a 33 overall for 1993, his last year in Indianapolis. He signed with the New York Jets during the 1994 season to back up Boomer Esiason and started two games, and Madden NFL 95 calculated an 84 overall for that season. Carolina selected him in the 1995 expansion draft; he played one game and retired. Trudeau finished ten NFL seasons with 10,243 passing yards and 42 touchdowns in 67 games.
