Blake Jarwin was an undrafted find out of Oklahoma State in 2017, an athletic pass-catching tight end who flashed real upside in flashes. The biggest came in the 2018 finale, seven catches for 119 yards and three touchdowns against the Giants, a game that hinted at a starter waiting to emerge once Jason Witten moved on.
