A big, dependable run-blocking guard

Montrae Holland was a wide, 340-pound guard built to move people, a Florida State product who started for New Orleans, then Denver, then Dallas across nine seasons. Steadiness rather than dominance was his game.

Madden climbed him from a 66 to a 79 by the 2009 edition, then held him in the 70s as he moved between starting and rotational roles. He came to Dallas as depth in 2008 and started ten games in 2011 before a biceps injury ended his season and his career, honest work in the middle of the line for the better part of a decade.
