TIGHT END PROSPECT RANKING 2021 NFL DRAFT
Tight Ends are all the rage once again in the NFL, and this looks to be a good year if a team is in the market for one. Florida State's Kyle Pitts is a superstar in the making. He could hear his name called early in the first round, although he probably won't be drafted higher than Kellen Winslow or Vernon Davis, both drafted at #6 overall.
Kyle Pitts stands at an impressive 6'6" and looks to be that match-up nightmare that teams are looking for. As well as being very tall, he is extremely athletic and can play in multiple positions across the field.
Pat Freiermuth from Penn State is seen as a bit of Gronk-lite by many (due to his 6' 5" bulked-out frame), and he heads to the NFL after an impressive college career with the Lions in which he had 92 receptions for 1,185 yards and 16 touchdowns. Hunter Long rounds out the group, which after the Boston College prospect quickly drops off in NFL level quality.
