Will Levis was born on June 27, 1999 in Newton, Massachusetts, and grew up in Madison, Connecticut. He began his college career at Penn State and transferred to Kentucky, where he started two seasons. The Tennessee Titans selected him in the second round of the 2023 NFL draft with the 33rd overall pick.
Levis made his NFL debut on October 29, 2023, throwing for 238 yards and four touchdowns in a 28-23 win over Atlanta, becoming the third quarterback to throw four touchdown passes in his first NFL game. He started nine games as a rookie. Madden NFL 24 listed 69 overall for the 2023 season.
He started 12 games in 2024 and threw for 2,091 yards with 13 touchdowns and 12 interceptions; Madden NFL 25 listed 72 for that season. Tennessee drafted Cam Ward first overall in 2025. Levis injured his throwing shoulder during the 2024 season, underwent season-ending surgery in July 2025 and spent the entire 2025 season on injured reserve. Through the 2025 season he had 3,899 passing yards, 21 touchdowns and 16 interceptions in 21 starts.
