Bijan Robinson was born January 30, 2002, in Tucson, Arizona, and played at Salpointe Catholic before enrolling at Texas. He ran for 1,580 yards and 18 touchdowns in 2022, won the Doak Walker Award and was a unanimous All-American. Atlanta drafted him eighth overall in 2023.
He rushed for 976 yards and caught 58 passes for 487 yards as a rookie and made the PFWA All-Rookie Team, and Madden NFL 24 listed him at 81 for 2023. In 2024 he carried 304 times for 1,456 yards and 14 touchdowns and was selected to his first Pro Bowl, the season Madden NFL 25 listed him at 82.
In 2025 he ran for 1,478 yards on 287 carries and caught 79 passes for 820 yards, and his 2,298 scrimmage yards led the league and set an Atlanta single-season record. He was named first-team Associated Press All-Pro and made a second Pro Bowl, and Madden NFL 26 listed him at 92 for 2025. The Falcons exercised his fifth-year option in April 2026 and signed him to a three-year extension worth up to $75 million, with $51 million guaranteed, on August 4, 2026. Through the 2025 season he had 3,910 rushing yards, 198 receptions and 34 touchdowns.
