Jeffery Simmons arrived with a warning label and answered it with production. Tennessee drafted him 19th overall in 2019 even though he had torn his ACL that February, and even though a 2016 assault case from his high school days trailed the pick; he pleaded no contest in that matter. He debuted midway through his rookie season and never looked back.
Inside the Titans line he became a problem for guards and centers alike, a heavy-handed interior rusher who piled up 11 sacks in 2025 and a career-high 76 tackles in 2024. That work earned first-team All-Pro honors and his fourth Pro Bowl in 2025.
His Madden trajectory reads like a steady climb rather than a spike. He started at 74 in the 2019 edition, moved into the high 80s through the early 2020s, and reached a career-high 92 in the 2025 game as he settled in among the league's best defensive tackles.
