Darrion Weems was an Oregon tackle who went undrafted in 2012 and spent his career as a developmental swing lineman, a big body teams stash on the back of the roster and the practice squad. He bounced through the Vikings, Patriots, Colts, Broncos and Cowboys, rarely seeing the field.

The Madden card is thin and honest. He carried a 66 across his Dallas years and ticked up to a 69 peak in Madden NFL 17 in Denver, the grade of a depth tackle whose entire NFL record was seven games and no starts. The number never had anything to build on because the snaps almost never came, a fair read on a player who existed mostly as insurance.
