A benched rookie who outlasted it for a decade
B.W. Webb was a decorated small-school corner at William and Mary, a fourth-round pick in 2013 whose rookie year went badly, limited snaps and a benching, just the start that ends careers.
Madden had him at a 68, climbing to a 71 by the 2018 edition as he became a journeyman contributor, his best stretch eight starts in New Orleans in 2016. He bounced through the Steelers, Titans, Bears, Browns, Giants, Bengals, Cardinals and 49ers, a decade of hanging on through sheer persistence, valuable as depth everywhere he went.
