Undrafted lead blocker who cleared Atlanta's holes
DiMarco went undrafted out of South Carolina in 2011 and bounced through San Diego and Kansas City before finding a home in Atlanta. As a fullback in a league phasing the position out, he made himself matter, springing Falcons backs and catching the occasional pass out of the backfield, and in 2015 he earned a Pro Bowl nod and second-team All-Pro honors.
That season put him in Super Bowl LI, where Atlanta blew a 28-3 lead to New England and DiMarco managed two catches for 12 yards. He signed with Buffalo the next spring and blocked there four more years before retiring in 2021 and returning to South Carolina's staff.
His Madden line mirrors the arc. He sat at 76 in the 2013 and 2014 editions, climbed to 79, then spiked to a 91 in the 2016 game on the strength of that Pro Bowl year. From there it slid hard, down to 67 by the 2018 edition as the fullback role and his own workload shrank.
