Draft Profile: Bio
An all-state selection at Laurel High School in Mississippi who played in the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game, Breland signed with Memphis as a three-star prospect over interest from Missouri, Tulane and Southern Miss. He worked his way into the lineup over his first two seasons, appearing in 13 games for the Tigers across 2023 and 2024.Breland started every game at left guard in 2025, logging 845 blocking snaps over 12 contests and allowing one sack, three hits and 10 hurries on 482 pass-blocking snaps. He went without a pressure allowed in an 85-snap game against USF as well as in matchups with UAB and Navy, and he was flagged just four times all season.
In January 2026 Breland committed to Arkansas out of the transfer portal, where 247Sports rated him the No. 21 interior offensive lineman available in the cycle. He arrived in Fayetteville with two seasons of eligibility remaining.

The 2026 season in Fayetteville is a clean experiment: same position, vastly better fronts, three years of eligibility in reserve. If the protection efficiency survives the SEC schedule intact and the run blocking climbs even to league-average output, he becomes a draftable mass-and-anchor guard in the mold the league keeps reordering every spring. The current projection is a developmental flier trending firmly upward, with a pass-blocking floor that already operates at a professional standard and a frame no coach has to project.
