The Jets clearly saw something nobody else did in Jaylon Braxton, taking him 31 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. A sturdy weekend that grades out a B.

They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. The veteran additions, Adonai Mitchell chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
