The steal of the weekend belongs to the Rams and Heldt: B.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Rams watched Will Heldt slide 27 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. More right than wrong, and a B to match.

The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer. If Jackson pans out, nobody remembers the price. If not, this is the pick they hear about.

They went 7 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. Almost all the early capital went to that side of the ball.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
