Draft Grade — Raiders
Overall B-
ValueB- NeedB+ TradesB- FutureB-
A passer of the future in Moore, and a B-, for the Raiders.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Dante Moore is the Raiders' quarterback, full stop.

Williams has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. That running back hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall. On value alone, Coleman makes the weekend a net positive.

On the needs board they went 5 of 8, with edge rusher the one that mattered most.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.

Pick Analysis
Pick1 Rnd1 Dante Moore
In pick No. 1 they get the face of the franchise at fair value. A clean fit for the roster.
Pick36 Rnd2 Kenyatta Jackson Jr.
Kenyatta Jackson Jr. at No. 36 is the pick scouts circle, and not in a good way. The one spot they could not leave alone, and did not.
Pick67 Rnd3 Quincy Rhodes Jr.
This one needs a full-page explanation: Quincy Rhodes Jr. in pick 67, miles early. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick102 Rnd4 A.J. Harris
They paid a round early for A.J. Harris in slot 102, more than the board wanted. A glaring weakness, addressed head on.
Pick117 Rnd4 Amaris Williams
Amaris Williams in the 117th pick is a reach so steep the board needed a second look to believe it. That was the need underlined and circled, and now it is checked off.
Pick134 Rnd4 Eugene Wilson III
A conviction pick on Eugene Wilson III at Round 4, Pick 34 that the board grades a round light. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick174 Rnd5 Elliot Washington II
A slide stopped in the 174th overall pick, with Elliot Washington II worth more than the price. This was priority one on the needs board, and now it is handled.
Pick180 Rnd6 Laurence Seymore
Laurence Seymore at the Round 6 slot is neither steal nor reach, just the going rate. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick183 Rnd6 Khalil Barnes
A quiet steal in pick No. 183: Khalil Barnes for less than the market said. It thickens a room that could stand to be thicker.
Pick219 Rnd7 Cam Coleman
They read the board right and Cam Coleman was the payoff at the Round 7 slot. Top of the wish list, and they did not leave without it.
