Kentucky Wildcats NFL Draft Prospects

Kentucky's 2025 season ended at 5-7 (2-6 SEC), a losing record that closed the book on the Mark Stoops era in Lexington. The defining move of the offseason was the hire of 36-year-old Will Stein, the Oregon offensive coordinator and a first-time head coach who grew up pulling for the Wildcats. He inherits a program that has finished 100th or worse in total offense in three of the past four seasons and is betting that his up-tempo system can finally lift an attack that ranked among the country's worst a year ago.

Stein assembled a staff with pedigree, pairing offensive coordinator Joe Sloan, most recently at LSU, with defensive coordinator Jay Bateman, who ran the Texas A&M defense the past two seasons. The staff also overhauled the roster, importing a wave of transfers on both lines while retaining a core of proven returning defenders.
