Trevor Siemian Madden Career 2016-2023 - Peak 76 OVR

Trevor Siemian was born on December 26, 1991 in Danbury, Connecticut, and attended Olympia High School in Orlando, Florida. He started 14 games at Northwestern and finished fourth in school history with 5,931 passing yards. The Denver Broncos took him with the 250th pick of the 2015 draft, the last of seven quarterbacks selected that year. He appeared in one game as a rookie and was inactive for Denver's win in Super Bowl 50. Madden NFL 16 rated him 64 overall for the 2015 season.

Gary Kubiak named Siemian the Broncos' starter on August 29, 2016. He started 14 games that year with 18 touchdowns, 10 interceptions and an 84.6 passer rating, and in Week 3 at Cincinnati he threw for more than 300 yards and four touchdowns without an interception. Madden NFL 17 listed him at 60 for 2016. He started 10 more games in 2017, throwing four touchdowns in a 42-17 win over Dallas in Week 2 and a career-high 376 yards against the Giants in Week 6 before going on injured reserve that December. Madden NFL 18 rated him 76 for the 2017 season.

Siemian was traded to Minnesota in 2018 and did not play. He tore ankle ligaments in his only start for the Jets in 2019, started four games for New Orleans in 2021 and one for Chicago in 2022. Madden NFL 24 listed him at 57 for 2023, the year he returned to the Jets and started the final three games, including a 17-3 win at New England. Through the 2025 season he had 7,751 passing yards, 44 touchdown passes and 32 interceptions in 40 games.
