Andrew Luck Madden Career 2013-2019 - Peak 94 OVR

Andrew Luck was born on September 12, 1989 in Washington, D.C., and played college football at Stanford. Indianapolis drafted him first overall in 2012, the year after Peyton Manning's last season with the club. Luck threw for 4,374 yards as a rookie, an NFL rookie record at the time, and Madden NFL 13 listed him at 84 for that season.

On January 4, 2014 he brought the Colts back from a 38-10 deficit to beat Kansas City 45-44 in a wild-card game, throwing for 443 yards and four touchdowns. Madden NFL 25 listed him at 88 for the 2013 season. He led the NFL with 40 touchdown passes in 2014 and reached the AFC Championship Game. A lacerated kidney and a torn abdominal muscle held him to seven games in 2015, and Madden NFL 16 listed him at 94 for that season, the highest figure of his career. Shoulder surgery cost him all of 2017.

Luck returned in 2018, threw 39 touchdown passes and won AP Comeback Player of the Year, and Madden NFL 19 listed him at 87 for that season. He announced his retirement on August 24, 2019, at 29, after a preseason game against Chicago, citing four years of injury and rehabilitation. He finished with 23,671 passing yards, 171 touchdown passes and four Pro Bowl selections in seven seasons. Stanford named him general manager of its football program on November 30, 2024.
