Jared Veldheer Madden Career 2011-2019 - Peak 90 OVR

Jared Veldheer was born on June 14, 1987 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, played at Division II Hillsdale College, where the American Football Coaches Association named him a first-team All-American after the 2009 season, and was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the third round, 69th overall, in 2010. He opened his rookie year as Oakland's starting center, moved to tackle after the first game, and was the full-time left tackle by midseason. Madden NFL 11 listed him at 68 for that season.

He started all 16 games in 2011 and 2012, then played five games in 2013, a season for which Madden NFL 25 listed him at 90. Arizona signed him to a five-year, $35 million contract in March 2014. He played left tackle there through 2016 and right tackle in 2017, and Madden NFL 16 returned him to 90 for the 2015 season.

Denver traded for him in March 2018 and started him at right tackle for 12 games. He signed with New England in May 2019, announced his retirement a week later, and was claimed off waivers by Green Bay that November. Madden NFL 21 listed him at 56 for the 2020 season. Veldheer retired in 2021 after a six-game suspension for violating the league's performance-enhancing drug policy, having played 121 games with 114 starts.
