Haason Reddick walked on at Temple and left as a first-round pick, going 13th overall to Arizona in 2017 as the first linebacker off the board. The problem was the fit. Playing off the ball, he looked ordinary for three years, until the Cardinals turned him loose as an edge rusher and everything changed. In 2020 he detonated for five sacks and three forced fumbles in a single game against the Giants and finished with a breakout campaign.

He cashed that in on the open market, stringing together double-digit sack seasons in Carolina and Philadelphia, including a 16-sack year with the Eagles in 2022. In the January 2023 NFC Championship Game he strip-sacked Brock Purdy and knocked the rookie from the game, tilting the Eagles toward the Super Bowl.
