The son of Oregon defensive line coach Tony Tuioti, he moved from Lincoln, Nebraska, to Sheldon High in Eugene for his senior year and signed with the Ducks as a three-star, choosing his father's program over Kansas State, Nebraska and Boise State.His production climbed every season, from two sacks as a freshman to 5.5 as a sophomore and eleven as a junior, a steady three-year rise.
Tuioti started all fifteen games in 2025 and led the Oregon front with those eleven sacks, ranking among the Big Ten's best, while adding 47 run stops, 38 pressures and two forced fumbles. His sharpest grade came in a sack-and-forced-fumble afternoon against Rutgers, and he posted two more sacks against Washington before announcing a return to Oregon for the 2026 season. He played in all fifteen games and finished among the conference's sack leaders.
