Draft Profile: Bio
Manasse Itete was born in Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and played at Central Catholic High School in Modesto, California. He earned a four-star rating as a 2024 recruit, was selected for both the All-American Bowl and the Polynesian Bowl, also played basketball at Modesto Christian and flipped his commitment from USC to Florida State.

Itete redshirted at Florida State in 2024 and played in one game in 2025. He went into the transfer portal on 28 December 2025 with three seasons still to play and chose Arkansas State.

Now a redshirt sophomore, Itete has been the Red Wolves' left tackle in every game and has yet to surrender a sack in 492 snaps. He has only one penalty, which came in the opener at Memphis. He gave up four pressures against South Alabama and two at TCU. He played 78 snaps at Southern Miss and allowed just one hurry.
Scouting Report: Strengths
  • No sacks surrendered in 492 snaps at left tackle
  • Quick feet for a tackle, backed by a good forty time
  • Only one penalty this season, in the opener at Memphis
  • Former four-star recruit with a basketball background and athletic feet
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
  • South Alabama generated four pressures against him in October
  • Gave up two pressures at TCU against a Power Four front
  • Has started for only part of one college season
  • Plays at a lower level of competition in the Sun Belt
  • Raw technique after barely playing at Florida State
Scouting Report: Summary
Itete is a raw but athletic left tackle who has settled in quickly as a starter at Arkansas State. He is quick-footed for his size, has kept defenders from sacking his quarterback and has been disciplined, with only one penalty this season.

However, his starting experience amounts to half a season, and South Alabama drew four pressures from him. He also plays against Sun Belt competition and is likely to need time to develop.

Overall, Itete is an intriguing athlete with upside at tackle. He projects as a priority free agent, though another season at Arkansas State would help his development.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance. For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
