Scouting Report: Summary
Gilmer is a productive outside receiver who has been Nebraska's top target this season. He has good speed, runs crisp routes and finds the end zone, as his 147 yards and two touchdowns against Maryland showed. However, drops have plagued him, with nine this season, and he has come down with only three of 14 contested targets. He has also drawn too many penalties, and he produces little after the catch.
Overall, Gilmer is a productive receiver whose drops hold him back. He projects as a priority free agent whose stock rises if his hands improve.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
