Draft Profile: Bio
Trajen Greco was the 2023 Gwinnett County player of the year at Mill Creek High School in Buford, Georgia, where he helped win a state championship in his junior year and earned an All-American Bowl invitation. He made seven interceptions and 23 pass breakups in his career and also played receiver and cornerback. He decommitted from Georgia Tech and chose Missouri over Boston College, North Carolina, Duke and Pitt.Greco arrived on campus in January 2024 and made two tackles in 13 games that fall. Special teams were his main role in 2025, when he appeared in every game and made seven tackles.
Greco has earned a bigger role in 2026, making his first start against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. He intercepted Kamario Taylor in the 31-24 loss to Mississippi State, picked off another pass against Texas A&M and added a third interception at Arkansas. He made seven tackles at Ole Miss.
Scouting Report: Strengths
- Three interceptions this season, against Mississippi State, Texas A&M and Arkansas
- Good speed for a safety, with range to play the deep middle
- Seven tackles in the road game at Ole Miss
- Former receiver and cornerback with natural hands for interceptions
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Allowed two catches for 52 yards and a touchdown at Kansas
- Missed two tackles against Troy and four this season
- Light frame that limits him near the line
- Only a few starts after two years on special teams
- Few run stops for a safety who plays 460 snaps
Scouting Report: Summary
Greco has seized a bigger role this season, becoming one of Missouri's top playmakers in the secondary. He reads the quarterback well and catches the ball like the receiver he once was, with interceptions against Mississippi State, Texas A&M and Arkansas. However, he is light and makes few plays against the run, and he allowed a touchdown at Kansas. His starting experience amounts to a handful of games after two years on special teams.
Overall, Greco is a ball-hawking safety on the rise. He projects as a priority free agent with a chance to move up if he keeps producing.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank
in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance.
For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
