Draft Profile: Bio
A consensus four-star out of North Caddo in Vivian, Louisiana, where he averaged better than 116 receiving yards a game, Miller committed early to LSU before flipping to Nebraska and then to Colorado. He arrived in Boulder in 2023 and worked into the rotation before a breakout junior year.In 2025 Miller caught 45 passes for 805 yards and eight touchdowns across eleven games, earning second-team All-Big 12 and adding nearly 300 yards after the catch. His best outing was a six-catch, 128-yard afternoon against West Virginia. A long, physical outside receiver at six-foot-three, he wins with length and ball skills at the catch point, and his eight scores tied for the Big 12 lead among returning wideouts.
He entered the transfer portal after the season as one of the most coveted available receivers. In January 2026 he committed to Arizona State as the highest-rated transfer addition in Sun Devils history, stepping into the lead-target role vacated by Jordyn Tyson.

Omarion Miller makes his living where size matters most. He caught eight touchdowns for Colorado and won 11 of 18 contested targets, a big-framed boundary receiver who boxes out corners and finishes through contact, and his 128-yard game against West Virginia showed how he can carry a passing game when the jump balls fall. He heads to Arizona State in 2026 with that skill set intact.He is not a burner, and the read has to be honest about it. His timed speed is average for the position, so he wins with positioning and hands rather than by pulling away, which puts a premium on the contested game staying reliable. That is a mixed bag now, with six drops and a middling hands grade sitting awkwardly next to the contested success. His blocking is reluctant, and a quiet outing against BYU shows the floor when the physical wins do not come.
The fit is a possession role in a timing offense that features him in the red zone and on back-shoulder throws. He will not stress a defense vertically, so the scheme must lean into his strengths.
