Draft Profile: Bio
Enow Etta piled up 22.5 sacks and 40 tackles for loss during his junior year at Covenant Christian Academy in Keller, Texas, more sacks than anyone in the state that season, and he followed with 20 more in his final high school year. He was part of a 2020 TAPPS championship team, played basketball too and earned four-star status. Ndi, his younger brother, has signed with Michigan. After a 2023 redshirt, Etta saw action 10 times in 2024 and started the ReliaQuest Bowl against Alabama. He appeared in every game of 2025, finishing with 15 tackles, and briefly sought a transfer in early 2026 before withdrawing and staying in Ann Arbor.
Etta has been a regular at defensive tackle this season, making 12 stops in eight games. He had three tackles and three stops against Iowa and got his first sack of the year when Michigan won 28-21 at Rutgers on 31 October.
Scouting Report: Strengths
- Stout against the run, credited with 12 stops this fall
- Recorded his first sack of the season in the Rutgers win
- Huge interior body who has earned a steady rotation role
- Racked up 22.5 sacks as a high school junior in Texas
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Very slow for a defensive lineman, with a forty well below average
- Only one sack in 297 snaps this season
- Missed four tackles, including one each against Oklahoma and Iowa
- Made just one start before this year, in the ReliaQuest Bowl
- Briefly entered the transfer portal before deciding to return
Scouting Report: Summary
Etta is a huge, powerful tackle who has settled into a steady role in Michigan's rotation. He has made 12 stops against the run and recorded a sack at Rutgers. However, he is very slow and has offered little as a pass rusher, with one sack this season. He has missed four tackles and had started only once before this year.
Overall, Etta is a big, run-stopping tackle with limited range. He projects as a priority free agent who could stick as an early-down nose.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank
in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance.
For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
