Draft Profile: Bio
Luke Hasz from Bixby High School was rated a 4-star recruit by ESPN and handed a 4-star grade by 247 Sports. After high school, Hasz opted to join Arkansas. In 2023 as a freshman Hasz saw action in 5 games for the Razorbacks as he made 16 receptions for 253 yards for an average of 15.8 yards per reception, with 3 TDs, and an elite QB rating when targeted of 133.8.
As a sophomore in 2024 he played 4 games and had only 6 catches for 91 yards for an average of 15.2 yards per catch, with one TD, and an elite QB rating when targeted of 136.8. In pass protection he gave up one pressure and no sacks.
Scouting Report: Strengths
- He’s very good in contested-catch situations, using his frame effectively to make plays facing the quarterback. Hasz also shows a knack for high-pointing the ball, consistently outmuscling defensive backs.
- Catches with his hands away from his frame. Strong hands to pull down the contested reception.
- He plays with a smoothness and balance, and Hasz shows a knack for setting up defensive backs.
- Runs precise routes with mostly crisp cuts. Very difficult to cover, gets separation consistently.
- Hasz blends good size and speed, as well as the competitive demeanor of a playmaker.
- A major factor is his size, strength and explosive athleticism, but he also has a knack for tracking and high-pointing the ball.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- His playing speed is less than elite. Hasz won’t run past defenders like Hasz did at the college level.
- He’ll give enough effort to get in the way, but because he doesn’t get any push in the run game, he won’t be used in-line early in his career.
- He also had problems with drops when coming back to the action. Hasz has some issues against press coverage, sometimes spending too much time hand fighting at the line of scrimmage.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank
in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance.
For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
