Boswell might be the best player in this group that most fans have never heard of. A two-star recruit with only Division II offers, he redshirted at Purdue, broke out as a Freshman All-American center at Toledo and has picked up right where he left off at Houston. The production is outstanding: he did not allow a sack in 2025, and in 2026 he has been charged with one pressure in more than 300 snaps. He is just as effective in the run game as in protection, getting into defenders quickly and controlling them once he lands his hands.

However, his size will be a sticking point for NFL teams. At 6-foot-2 and 301 pounds he is short and light by NFL interior standards, and he will face questions about his ability to anchor against massive nose tackles. He has also drawn 13 flags across two seasons, and he has played only center, so he will need to show some flexibility at guard during the pre-draft process.

Overall, Boswell is a smart, productive and steady center who keeps getting better. He projects as a fifth-round prospect for now, one who could become a starting center in a zone-based offense and should, at worst, be a reliable interior backup. He has two more years of eligibility, so another strong season in Houston could raise his stock considerably.
