A five-star recruit, Coleman spent two seasons at Auburn, catching 93 passes for 1,306 yards and thirteen touchdowns as a big-play boundary threat, including a 143-yard game against Vanderbilt in 2025.He transferred to Texas ahead of the 2026 season for a bigger stage, joining Arch Manning's offense as a projected number one target.
He started immediately for the Longhorns in 2026, opening with a two-touchdown debut against Texas State and averaging better than seventeen yards a catch early, though Ryan Wingo emerged as Manning's most-targeted option and a throw Coleman's way was picked off against Tennessee.

Scouting Report: Summary
Coleman is a long, fluid boundary receiver with easy speed to clear the top and the body control to pluck throws away from his frame, and he tracks the deep ball with a natural feel; the length, catch-point control and vertical juice are the draw. However, his short-area game trails the vertical work, he put the ball on the ground too often with drops and two lost fumbles, and his yardage after the catch stays thin because he goes down on first contact, though none of that is unusual for a boundary receiver adjusting to a new offense after transferring to Texas, where he shared targets with Ryan Wingo early before a five-catch, 110-yard day against Oklahoma, his best as a Longhorn.Overall, Coleman is a boundary X whose length and speed carry first-round weight, but the drops and short-area polish have to come. He projects as an immediate outside starter, with the ceiling of a number one if he wins the target share in Texas' offense and the floor of a big-play vertical Z.
