Draft Profile: Bio
A former two-star recruit who originally committed to Lehigh, Landon Robinson enrolled at the Naval Academy Prep School in 2021 as a 240-pound linebacker. He spent his redshirt year adding over 50 pounds of muscle and moved to nose guard. At Copley High School in Ohio, he was an all-state linebacker with 116 tackles and four sacks as a senior and lettered in four sports.Robinson's 2023 season was rotational: 12 games, no starts, 28 tackles, and four sacks in limited snaps. By 2024, he had earned every start and delivered a First-Team All-AAC campaign with 61 tackles, 5.5 TFLs, and two forced fumbles. The signature performance came against a 19th-ranked Army team averaging 314 rushing yards per game. Robinson posted 13 tackles, forced a fumble, and was named co-MVP after Navy held the Black Knights to 113 rushing yards and zero rushing touchdowns.
His 2025 senior year was his best. Voted team captain, he earned AAC Defensive Player of the Year and led Navy with 8.5 TFLs and 6.5 sacks. Robinson made Bruce Feldman's "Freaks List" in back-to-back years, backed by a 665-pound squat and GPS-tracked top speed of 20.13 mph.
