Draft Profile: Bio
Jordan Norman made 68 tackles and 10 sacks as a senior at Hoover High School in Alabama, helping the team to an 11-2 record. He was a three-star recruit and is the oldest of four children. His college career started at South Alabama, where he redshirted in 2023 and started nine games in 2024. Norman transferred to Tulane for 2025 and had a breakout season as a rotational rusher, making 28 tackles with eight tackles for loss and six sacks for a team that won the American and reached the College Football Playoff.
Norman moved to Tennessee in January 2026 and has been part of the edge rotation. He had a sack in the 45-24 win at Georgia Tech on 12 September and another in the loss at South Carolina on 24 October. He has 12 pressures in limited snaps.
Scouting Report: Strengths
- Rare speed off the edge for a situational rusher
- Sacked the quarterback in the win at Georgia Tech
- Produced six sacks for a Tulane playoff team in 2025
- Makes the most of limited snaps, with 12 pressures on 172 snaps
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
- Rotational role, playing about 20 snaps a game
- Light frame that limits him as an every-down edge
- Missed two tackles against Auburn on just 11 snaps
- Run defense is inconsistent when blockers get their hands on him
- Redshirt junior who could stay in school for 2027
Scouting Report: Summary
Norman is a quick, productive pass rusher who has made an impact in a part-time role at three schools. He gets off the ball fast, has a knack for finishing, with six sacks at Tulane in 2025 and a sack at Georgia Tech this season, and pressures the quarterback often for the snaps he plays. However, he has never been an every-down player, and his light frame shows against the run. His tackling has been loose at times, as it was against Auburn.
Overall, Norman is a situational pass rusher with real speed. He projects as a priority free agent who would benefit from another year as a full-time player.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank
in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance.
For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.
*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
