Draft Profile: Bio
Harry Miller from Buford High School was rated a 4-star recruit by ESPN and handed a 5-star grade by 247 Sports. Following high school, Miller opted to join Ohio State.

In 2019 as a freshman Miller saw action in 10 games and played a total of 181 snaps for the Buckeyes. He allowed just one QB hurry, no QB hits, and no sacks while playing at center.

As a sophomore in 2020 he played in 7 games and a total of 463 snaps. He conceded a solid 5 QB hurries, one QB hit, and one sack while playing most of his snaps at left guard.

In 2021 as a junior Miller saw action in just 2 games and totaled 26 snaps. He gave up no QB hurries, no QB hits, and one sack while playing at left guard.
Scouting Report: Strengths
  • Outstanding in the screen game, both because of his instincts to deceive defenders and mobility to get out in front and land blocks.
  • Mauler in the run game, playing with a nasty disposition and showing excellent snap and punch quickness.
  • Solid positional run blocker who flashes the nasty demeanor and killer instinct scouts covet.
  • Shows excellent awareness against twists and stunts, and Miller has the strong, flexible core and wide base to catch and handle moving defenders.
  • Quick setting up after the snap and slides well to the outside, staying patient and balanced off the snap.
Scouting Report: Weaknesses
  • Tends to slip off blocks when going against bigger linemen, and Miller too often finishes plays on the ground.
  • Plays with poor balance, doing too much reaching and lunging when his initial punch is ineffective. Trying to mirror against quickness will be a problem for him.
  • His physical gifts were enough to get by against collegiate opponents, but he had trouble with bull rushers when facing quality competition, which is potentially a problem in the NFL.
  • Is more of a phone-booth blocker who has limited range. He’s also going to be somewhat limited as a pass protector, especially when it comes to mirroring against quickness.

*Percentile Ranking in Player's Position Group (NFL Combine Historical Data): This percentile reflects how a player's specific statistics rank in comparison to historical performances at the NFL Combine, specifically within their position group. A higher percentile indicates a better performance. For instance, being in the 90th percentile for a particular stat means the player outperformed 90% of their peers in that category.

*Similarity Percentage: This percentage is calculated based on a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including height, weight, 40-yard dash times, on-field performance statistics, and overall player rating. The analysis is conducted against our database of draft prospects from 2021 to 2023. This similarity score helps in evaluating how closely a current prospect aligns with past prospects. It is important to note, however, that this score reflects similarities based on college production and attributes, and does not account for eventual success or performance in the NFL.
