Larceny in the 37th overall pick lands the Giants a A, Stone and all.

The trade table was a mismatch, and the Giants were on the right end of it, hauling in a fortune in surplus value. This is how you run a draft, and the A reflects it.

The Stone pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped quarterback, which is a strange place to end up. The Giants clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, KJ Bolden and all.
